Consolidate SpamChecker functionality into SpamClassifier

We added a more sophisticated SpamClassifier class in #571 and it seems natural that we would move [SpamChecker](https://github.com/awesomefoundation/awesomebits/blob/master/app/extras/spam_checker.rb) functionality into it so we don't have two objects basicially doing the same work.
