Build Pipeline issue

Hi,

I keep getting the error "Limit scope of access for build pipeline to the current project" at my build pipelines, but I have the following parameters enabled and enforced at Org-level pipeline settings:

• Limit job authorization scope to current project for non-release pipelines (On)
• Limit job authorization scope to current project for release pipelines (On)

Is there anything else that I am missing, or is it a false positive?
