Can we provide prebuilds

This would avoid having to recompile every time we do an npm install of lkl, and would speed up img-maker builds massively (cc @zvin) - I know @jhermsmeier was able to add them for drivelist in https://github.com/resin-io-modules/drivelist/pull/219/files
