Glitching first frame on captured videos

What's wrong?

Since I updated to a ASUS Proart 30" screen I get these glitchy first shot video's when I capture a video, I've seen this happen in Slack and in Github issues. Is this because of the 2x pixel density? When you play the video it looks just fine.

@jankeesvw dudee, same here. I cant even play video on X or any sites had good/newer player streaming.
