Test Strong Consistency Configuration Warning #635
Description
Due to a lack of log capture during node startup, testing of the warning implemented for basho/riak_kv#959 was not possible during the 2.0 release cycle. Following implementation of #634, modify the ensemble_start_without_aae test case to enable log capture during startup and verify the presence of the warning.
