Constructor ID 0x83314fca not found

I have upgraded the Telethon version but the error still persists

Failed to create session: Constructor ID 0x83314fca not found, run pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/LonamiWebs/Telethon.git
I did exactly that and the problem went away.

Successfully uninstalled Telethon-1.36.0
Successfully installed Telethon-1.37.0

Here is a temporary fix for constructor 0x83314fca

Unfortunately it's tricky to handle different version of the same constructors. Currently telethon is used for reading User object, but seems like it's not a good solution because very often different versions of constructor is needed, you can use this temporary fix just now

pip uninstall telethon
pip install git+https://github.com/LonamiWebs/Telethon.git@b09c8c83f715403c0c5f442d8f729908889ebae2

What you can do now is to find telethon's version which has this constructor and install it.
Unfortunately it's very tricky to fix for the project, but I will do it hopefully when I will have more free time, sorry

I tried to find this constructor in source code of telegram and it appears that it does not exist in latest telegram version. So either you are using wrong file or its from old telegram version (I believe telegram does not remove old constructors so I think you are just converting wrong file or doing something wrong).
What is in your userconfing.xml file?

It seems like in this file constructor of user object is 5e8f8cdc but I was unable to find anywhere (code of the constructor)
Could you please share version of telegram you use on your phone where you get this file?
