bananas map includes too many initial workers

The [bananas.bc18t](https://github.com/battlecode/bc18-scaffold/blob/master/battlecode-maps/bananas.bc18t) map includes 8 initial workers on each team. However, the Python documentation [states](https://github.com/battlecode/bc18-scaffold/blob/master/battlecode/python/battlecode/__init__.py#L2221) "Each team starts with 1 to 3 Workers on Earth."
