Pretrained model is not accessible

It was declared that on the initial step, the script will build tree-sitter parsers from sources into ~/.tree-sitter/bin, download the pretrained model, and store it into ~/.infercode_data/model_checkpoint.

In the default config file, pretrained model is download from this URL: https://ai4code.s3.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/universal_model.zip

This URL is not available anymore. Is there any backup resource for this?
