There are bugs in the output results using nmap

rustscan -a The scan results of multiple targets have bugs. nmap
Automatically overwrites previous results, saving only the last one

command : rustscan.exe -a {targets} -u 2000 -t 4000 -- -T4 -sV -Pn -oX {output}

It's because rustscan runs nmap under the hood which with above command. It just outputs each scan to the SAME output file. To output each scan into separate files, you can use -oX {{ip}} tag. Each scan will be named with ip address ot target. However, this seems to work on Linux only. On windows it gives me the following error:

Error: error: invalid value 'ncodedarguments' for '--exclude-ports <EXCLUDE_PORTS>': invalid digit found in string

I got the above error only while invoking rustscan from powershell. When run from cmd.exe, no issue!
