Term equivalents - multiple equivalents for same namespace

Right now in bel.services.terms - we are arbitrarily grabbing one entry from each namespace. HGNC:IFNA1 -> SP:P01562 -> EG:3439, EG:3447 - this also impacts canonicalization and decanonicalization.
