Description

I think the WiFi SSID restriction setting should be changed to simply read the metered WiFi setting: https://support.google.com/android/answer/9654714 instead of providing the inverse free form list.

Those are different things. You may want to limit SSIDs not only for metered connections, but also, for example, for servers that are not exposed to the internet, so they are only available when connected to a certain WiFi network.

Thanks for your suggestion. It would be interesting to know what your use case is. Could you also provide a bit more information about how you came to your suggestion so that we can think about it?
