Hi! I recently noticed that when I import ical files on my android device, the popup only shows the local calendar, the google calendar and my DAVx5 accounts. This has the unpleasent side effect, that when I import something to my DAVx5 account, it picks the first calendar of that account. In my case this is the birthday calendar of Nextcloud which is technically now writeable. That means, as soon as I start to sync with DAVx5, the imported event is dropped again. My current work around is to use another app (business calendar 2 planer) to edit the event before syncing and changing it to another calendar. Has anyone else experienced such a scenario? If so, how did you manage to change the default calendar of an account for the ical import popup? |

Which app are you talking about? Which app can do ical import on your android device and shows the popup? It would be that app which would need to show all the available calendars of a DAVx5 account. |

Not a recommendation, but these two apps support import/export of all available calendars on the device (across all accounts) from/to ics files:
In F-Droid:
In Play store:
