The error from the debug infos shows this error from Nextcloud:

<s:message>Calendar object with uid already exists in this calendar collection.</s:message>

although DAVx5 conditionally uploaded a new entry (If-None-Match:*).

I suspect this is similar to nextcloud/server#30096 and nextcloud/server#30827, but for tasks.
