Integrate with OpenAPI

OpenAPI is a standard for API descriptions that specify how an API is expected to behave. If we make use of it, we can have concrete definitions for APIs that RemoteRecord uses. @johndbritton suggested that OpenAPI could be one adapter RemoteRecord uses to figure out how it should work.
