Update fails if related service changes

If a ingressroute reference to a services which changed in configuration the update will not issued.

We should watch services and filter them by the ingressroute references. If than a change happens we should
invoke the update of the ingressroute.

+1, I had to manually restart the service for my ingress, and switchboard would not work until I restarted it manually. Would love it to detect the service restart and either reload or restart

@borchero I am new to adding to kubernetes crd code, but looking at switchboard it seems like the solution would be to change the reconciling loop to check that the ingressroute's target service has not restarted. Does that make sense? where should I look to make that change? any help would be appreciated, I can try to make a PR

To make sure I understand the issue correctly: could you provide an example configuration to show exactly which service changes are not being picked up? I personally haven't spent too much time with this project recently but, off the top of my head, the only place where I am aware of "services" is for the external-dns integration. In that case, the service should, theoretically, already be watched and updates to it should be reconciled 🤔
