Config file?

Hello, in 1.19.2 I want to apply the configuration to all new worlds created in singleplayer. Where is the config file please?
Also you mod cannot get rid of the book from the mod Modular Force Field (MFFS)

I'm looking for the config file also. but only finding the file that contains the items and their positions. it has a blacklist, but can't find the config needed to set whether the mod deletes gear that is forced into their inventory or not. unless the patchouli books in general just aren't deleteable cause of how they're added?
