App Store and Playstore?

You know Flappy Bird got removed from the App Store right?
So I was wondering is there someway you add your flappy bird game to the App Store and Play Store?

putting it on the app store would mean $99 a year to maintain it and copyright issues with the words flappy bird, so technically you could put it under a different name but it most likely wont work
