Enhance Footer UI for a More Modern Look

The current footer UI can be enhanced to align better with modern UI styles.
Currently, the footer design looks very basic and unattractive.
Some of possible improvements can be:-

1. Better Layout: Optimize spacing and alignment for (About, Help and Contact sections) for a cleaner look.
2. Typography & Colors: Use modern fonts and color palette in text and icons to match the overall theme.
3. Reduce extension of divider which currently covers whole screen.
4. Give bg-color of footer a dark palette instead of complete white so that it can be distinguished from main body without compromising its aesthetics.
5. Hover-effect can be added.
