[FEATURE] SOCK5 Proxy Support

I want to use sock5 proxy ( dns proxying ) so that i could use them bypass ip block on sites. Is it possible to support this.

Thats a good idea, I plan on overhauling a bit how we do proxy and doh, I will add it to my backlog
