Calypr docs inaccurate

• Remove mentions of g3t
• Review / test setup instructions. Be able to init new system without running gen3 tools (just calling git drs init and git drs remote add)

Is https://github.com/calypr/calypr.github.io/blob/refactor/new-site/docs/calypr/requirements.md still accurate? It looks like it needs to be deleted/replaced.
