App open ad unit is now needed more then ever

I used to use Interstitial ad when the app was opened. This was the best-earning unit.
Now both Android and Apple forbid it

A support for App open ad unit is needed

There is no alternative for the App open type. as mentioned, I used interstitial and closed it myself when app is ready but this is now banned
