Feature request: voting on problems

I've read in recent blogs that there is no way to leave feedback for problems other than commenting on blog posts, which is easy to miss. A feature suggestion that could be implemented in this bot or officially is the ability to vote (thumbs up or down) on a problem after solving. This makes recommendations of problems more accurate and can reward interesting problems.
