Uncompatible with the latest OpenSSL version 1.1.1

It seems the repository is only compatible with version 1.0. It would be nice if the project will continue and compatible with the latest versions of OpenSSL.

Related pull request for version 1.1.1 is available in #73.

We have added OpenSSL 1.1.1 support and we will include it in the upcoming release of libest in a month or so.
