Delete Spam Users #14
Description
We currently have 21,969 user on wikihousing. They are mostly spam that got in between December 2014 and Jan 2015 when the confirm account extension was not running. We have deleted most of the pages they created but now need to block/delete their accounts and their associated user pages.
We have a white list of good users: https://github.com/codeisland/healthy-homes/blob/master/whitelist.txt
