Improve Image Optimisation

Upon running a Google PageSped Insight for both mobile and desktop it has come to my attention that we could better optimise images on our site to improve performance.

One solution could be to move the images to a storage bucket and use a service such as Imgix to load in specific versions of the image which are optimised for the user. We could take advantage of Next.js' Image Optimisation too if we upgraded to Next.js 10+.

Open to suggestions and thoughts.

Be it that the upgrades to Next.js take place... I'd be more than happy to look into taking care of this one. Next.js is probably the better solution. I can look into a solution for when the Next.js upgrade is complete.
