Split up contributing paths #929
Description
Documentation is extremely important. Thank you @stevepiercy for that big shift!
To close this issue:
- list good first issue in /contributing/
- add solve issues
- mention the hacktoberfest
- create a tag for documentation in the issue tracker: DONE:
doc - link to the tag for documentation for people who specifically like to contribute to documentation (/contributing/ & documentation)
- Documentation should be listed above development in the navigation and have its own url - as it is easier to contribute to and an independent set of commands (make)
- go though the issue tracker and tag all documentation issues
