This is a long range / exploratory goal but it could be interesting to support the grander goals of the decentralized web in our repository.
(for more context, Herbert V.D. Sompel's excellent keynote on decentralized web and the dismal state of scholarly communication - starts around 10 mins in. Especially around 53 mins, the notion of a Personal Scholarly Web Observatory is relevant)
