Context about the new update

Hi,

Libcurl has announced a vulnerability in all versions from 7.69.0 up-to and including 8.16.0 (latest version available on conancenter).

A fixed version is available (8.17.0). I searched for a related issue but could not find one.

Would you kindly make it available on conancenter?
