Installation process for servers located in China

When installing Coolify in China, the image retrieval process is extremely slow due to network issues and may even fail due to timeouts. Even after successful installation, updates can be a frustrating experience.

I have reviewed the Coolify installation process, and the bash scripts and compose yml files have hardcoded references to ghcr.

I would like to ask if there are any good solutions to customize the ghcr mirror sources from Chinese universities. Once we reach a consensus, I can submit a PR during my free time.
