[Enhancement]: Add dashboard settings note about update and latest version

Description

Currently, the latest version on github might not be the latest on CDN according to release.md file.

When update is set to auto or checked manually, the message doesn't give you any info about this behavior. So you have search for similar issues and find one about release.md file.

Would be awesome to have some note or message directly in dashboard update settings which mentions why your current version might be latest and not the latest github one.
