New Validation to Install.sh

Yesterday I was having problem trying to pull the image from ghcr.io, so I tweaked the .env to use docker.io instead.

It would be great if the install.sh could validate this in advance.

Someone already suggested a ghcr.io mirror to china, in the request #5382.

I think by doing this one, that request would be accomplished too.

Yeah, I did this, but after the first attempt had failed. I had to figure out that the ghcr.io was not available, and change the .env in the second attempt, which worked.

What I propose, is to have a second validation, to verify if the Default Registry is available, before the script pull the image from ghcr.io.
Perhaps, the contributors have plans to use another Registry as mirror for the Default One, since I saw that their dockerhub registry is quite active, and I used it in my .env, so this validation would be handy.
