Improve Service/Resource list lag

When creating a new resource, from the 1-click install, there is a massive delay as Coolify needs to populate the resource list. As more and more services are getting added everyday this is only going to worse and worse.

I believe that there should be some sort of local caching of resources. For example the first time you load the page, Coolify will cache those resources locally, (there could be a timestamp showing "Last updated xxxx-xx-xx" with a force update button).

Further down the line, streaming in the list of the services can improve this even further.
