[Bug]: Comments inside the container labels of service configuration makes the whole thing reset when saving

Having comments inside container labels configuration seems buggy

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new service with buildpack nixpacks, static site and spa.
2. Uncheck Readonly labels for Container Labels
3. Add all sorts of comments on many different lines and line breaks
4. Save
5. Refresh
6. The labels should have reset to the defaults

Can you give an example what kind of comments you are adding? I can't replicate what you described, the labels stay the same with the added comments.
