MaSyMoS is a Neo4J instance containing SBML and CellML Models as well as simulation descriptions in SED-ML format. In addition, MaSyMoS contains bio-ontologies that are most frequently used for the annotation of models, i.e., GO, ChEBI, SBO, KiSAO.
