Retry / Pause and Resume a Pipeline / Crew

Can a failed crew or pipeline be retried?

Let's say I have a crew with 3 tasks. The crew failed after task 1. Now I want to keep the output and states of the whole crew and restart after task 1.

Basically:

1. Save the crew state
2. Rerun a crew and skip previously done tasks

Another common use case of this feature is to allow me to update the task output so that the next task output can be better. Let's say when I look at the output of task 1 and want to make my edits so that task 2 can be better.
