Thanks for reaching out. The package was removed from CRAN due to an intermittently orphaned dependency that's central to citr. The dependency is now back on CRAN, but with the continuing lockdown here I'm having trouble allocating time to a resubmission. I'll try to get this back on CRAN as soon as possible. In the meantime you can install from this GitHub repository:
