[Change Password] Finalize reset-password flow

Summary:

Create the component that handles the final step of password reset when user clicks the link from their email.

Tasks:

• Add fields: newPassword, confirmPassword
• Capture token from route query
• Submit request to /api/account/reset-password/finish
• Handle success and error flows
