Describe the problem


In the C++ section, maybe mentioning the standard library names (which are not shipped by the compilers) specfic to Fedora (libcxx-devel for clang, libstdc++-devel for gcc-c++) is worth mentioning along with the how to. 

As in "Installing standard library headers in Fedora for Clang" and one for GCC-C++ or as such.
