Increase the size of avatar profile picture

I am tried to edit the scss in LoveIt theme folder: assets\css_custom.scss, changed width from 8rem to 12rem; Referring to #823

.home .home-profile .home-avatar img {
    width: 12rem;
    height: auto }

But after the build using:
hugo server --renderToDisk --noHTTPCache

We are seeing in the \public\css\style.min.css it sill being set to old 8rem

I add '!important' to force it to change and it works.
