.mp4_tag=N extension when using "Download media" on reply/quoted videos.

Describe the bug
If you use the "Download media" button to download a video and that video is a reply or quoted tweet, the file will download as <filename format>.mp4_tag=12 because the direct video url has ?tag=12 at the end. its not always 12 sometimes its 14, 21 or something idk just some random ass number

It's inconsistent but It happened here for me but it probably wont for u since I clicked it off the homepage which gives the tweet modal and direct links don't.
Liking it and going into your liked tweets and clicking it from there works to reproduce it though.
