Limit display of a command group?

I have two command groups: Suggestions and Commands. Suggestions can get many items, pushing Commands way down. Is there a way I can limit the display of a command group to only N items?

I would love to show only ten entries for Suggestions, and if users want to see more, they would need to search/filter.
