Support open-ai compatible gateways

AI compatible gateways, like LiteLLM, expose every LLM behind an open AI endpoint.
cagent should support that kind of setup

It actually does but it's not obvious. I dug into the go source from a doc tip

Here's what worked for me for specifically a litellm fronted ollama.

In your cagent-config.yaml:

models:
  gpt-oss-litellm:
    provider: openai
    model: gpt-oss:latest
    base_url: https://yourdomain.com/v1
    provider_opts:
      api_key: [sk-WC**********sdf]
