Pushing over https despite of inline configuration enabling http

Hello,

This is my first time working with actions, so please bare with me. Despite of the inline configuration enabling HTTP, it looks like the push is happening over HTTPS. I would like to have it working over HTTP because I am working with a local setup.

This is (hopefully) the relevant part of my workflow:

Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there is any more information I can provide, please let me know.
