• use an in-memory SQLite connection in mdxdb-sqlite.test.ts
• enable tests by removing it.skip
• expect search to throw until vector queries are supported

Testing

• pnpm lint
• pnpm test --filter @mdxdb/sqlite
• npx turbo run check-types --filter=@mdxdb/sqlite
