Environment Details:
Application: Developer Balance (.NET Maui)
Windows 11
OS Build: 26100.2161
Version 24H2
Repro Steps:
- Install and open the Developer Balance app
- TAB till Chart list
- Observe the issue
Actual Result:
When we use the TAB key to navigate to the chart, the screen reader does not announce anything. Pressing TAB again keeps the focus on the chart, but the screen reader still does not announce. Additionally, pressing ENTER or Space does not move the screen reader focus inside the chart.
Note:
Issue is repro all platform also
Expected Result:
Chart information should be accessible with screen reader like when we use the TAB key to navigate to the chart, the screen reader should announce the chart's name and its role as a chart. Pressing TAB again should move the focus to the next interactive control. If the user presses ENTER or Space, the focus should move inside the chart, allowing access to all chart sections using the arrow keys.
User Impact:
Screen reader user will unable to access the information provided through chart.
