Description

Add a webview with a shaded background to the second row of a three row grid. The webview expands to cover the full view, hiding the text above the webview and appearing behind the text that should be below it.
This is the result with 9.0.80 through 9.111 (current)

This is the result with 9.0.71

Steps to Reproduce

• Download the reproduction app below and run it.
• From the hamburger menu choose "WebView in Grid". Note the results.
• Downgrade Maui.Controls (and Maui.Controls.Maps) to 9.0.71
• Run and choose the same menu item, note the results
