GPT 4.5-preview

Hi there. I'm wondering if the latest OpenAI model gpt-4.5-preview is supported by js-tiktoken already, or are we awaiting a new version from @dqbd ?

It looks like that model name is not yet present in this codebase but perhaps the encodings of a previous model would work for the time being, for example o200k_base?

I was wondering this as well. We've been able to get access to gpt 4.5 with the api-version=2025-01-01-preview. Thank you!

@chalkiasS I believe there's no gpt-4.5-preview-2025-01-01, but feel free to reopen the issue if I'm mistaken
