CMPB: create different levels of YAML configs

Similarly to HQTB, create different levels of configuration files for the CMPB workflow.
--> e.g. a basic and advanced version of the config.

Additionally, allow more flexibility, e.g. when running tests after different steps of the workflow.

Ideas & TODOs:

• more fine-grained control of stepwise reports
  • set memote report maybe per step and not on or off
  • same as above but for growth and model saving, if a good idea
• regarding configuration of the workflow
  • 💡 some functionalities are set on per default, allow the user to turn those of as well
  • since the number of params may get quite high, create a basic and an advanced version of the config similar to the HQTB workflow for easier access to this workflow for beginners
