Add ModelPolisher to validation in HQTB

To improve model validation and ensure the correct semantics of the model, add the ModelPolisher call — already implemented in the CMPB workflow — to the annotate step of the HQTB workflow.

There has been some discussion about what to do with the ModelPolisher, therefore, this issue will be put on hold for now.
