If the number is formatted as a string, I get 2 identical errors

I found a trigger for these events in 2 files. but unfortunately, I don't yet understand which part needs to be corrected to get this only once, they have different keys with the same error text

This prompt is normal. One number format is text format, and the other cell type is forced string type.
But there should not be two pop-up boxes at the same time, and the other pop-up boxes will be closed before opening another one.
